If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is generally 8–16 business days after dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Where a refund is approved, a physical return may not always be required. We will provide instructions after reviewing the request.
UK consumers may also have a statutory right to cancel qualifying online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Gift cards purchased from Aurellane may be redeemed against eligible purchases through our online store, subject to any conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
